Definitions

A ‘Flyer’ is the digital image represented in this website of the original pamphlet which would have otherwise been distributed in paper form direct to the recipients’ letterbox.

A ‘Viewer’ is the person who acquires a standard account with us, which allows them access to review flyers which are published by an advertiser.

An ‘Advertiser’ is the account holder, person or identity which firstly acquires an account on this website and then activates the advertisers services in their account for the purposes of distributing ‘flyers’, sending marketing txt's to members cell phones, or other marketing services on our website.

An 'Affiliate' is the account holder that introduces a new member. Every account has an affiliate and if none is defined it is assumed you heard about us through our marketing systems and Flyers2U becomes your affiliate..

Terms and Conditions

1. Flyers2U website is completely ‘Opt In’ and therefore is not in breach of any anti spam laws. Upon acquiring an account on this website you agree to receive and participate in any forms of marketing material we see fit to distribute to you.
2. Flyers2U agrees to not spam account holders. If you wish to be deactivated please contact us.
3. Flyers which have been published can not be altered after publishing.
4. Flyers2U is in no way responsible for the content included in the flyers which are distributed on this website. If there are any complaints regarding this please contact us confidentially by email.
5. Flyers2U is not responsible to meet with any promises made in the flyers distributed on this website.
6. Flyers2U may send emails out to the members of this website as and when they see fit.
7. Flyers2U may publish Flyers through Flyers2U and the viewer understands they will not be paid to view these 'in house' flyers.
8. The viewer agrees to keep their account details accurate at all times and to notify or change these when moving house.
9. The account holder is required to take any 'No Junk Mail' sign with them if they move house.
10. Use of the 'www.flyers2u.co.nz No Junk Mail' sign is restricted to members only and if a person is not a member then they are to remove all signage from the premisis.
11. Non Profit Organisations get special discounted deals below the accepted retail values and as such returns to a vewier for a flyer will be less.
12. Fees may be subject to change at our discretion.
13. All branding, systems and information contained in the Flyers2U website and in other related media, regarding our service, is copyright to Flyers2U. All other branding on this website is copyright to the owner of the intellectual property.
