| Saddleview Pony Club is located in Flower St, Fairfield, Dunedin. We cater for all levels of riders and run the NZPCA Riders Without Horses programme. We share facilities with the Dunedin Riding for the Disabled and have a large 40m x 100m all weather arena and a grassed arena. |

Saddleview Pony Club provides a club where like minded horse and pony lovers can develop friendships, achieve personal goals and where team spirit and participation is fostered. We have a total membership of over 50 which includes adult members, coaches, riding members from lead rein through to experienced and riders without horses.
Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds and have knowledge and experience across varying equine fields. We aim to run a fun, full and varied rally program throughout the season. The NZPCA certificate syllabus for riding and horsemanship forms the foundation work at rallies, which is complemented by visiting equine specialists, beach & cross country rallies, games rallies and club trophy competitions.
Our club is competitive and puts teams forward for a variety of competitions such as Southern Teams, Springston, SJ Champs, OMR & Zone Games, Presidents Trophy & Frank Clarke Memorial.
We are very proud to have won the Southern Teams Event in 2010 and again in 2011.
Our bid for Springston Trophy 2011 saw us finish in a very respectable 8th place out of 28 teams. We were the only team to have all 6 riders complete the cross country without jump or time faults - superb riding!

SADDLEVIEW JUNIOR/INEXPERIENCED COMPETITION DAY - NOW SUN 29th APRIL
Saddleview Pony Club JUNIOR Day - for Beginners, Juniors & the Inexperienced. Sunday April 29th @ 9.00am.
Dressage, Games & Showjumping. Levels and heights to cater for young and/or inexperienced riders,
"mature" riders and "green" horses. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly and helpful assistance on site!
